Once the state required application (with a legible copy of your IL driver's license/state ID) is received by our office we will review it to ensure everything is filled out properly and check for any errors. If there is anything missing or if errors are made, we will contact you to make the corrections. All errors and corrections needed are requirements by the State, not us. We review your application to the best of our ability to ensure it will be approved once sent to the State.

Once we have the corrected application we will send it to the Secretary of State's office for processing. The State processing time, once submitted, is 4-6 weeks.

Once your application has been approved, you will receive your notary public certificate from the State, and stamp(s) and supplies from us. Once you have your certificate in hand, you may use your new notary stamp and the process is complete. Please note: Everything is sent to the home address.
