The Lifetime Warranty of a notary stamp is the entire term of the notary's commission. Upon request of a replacement stamp, we ask that you return the item to us and pay the shipping charges on the replacement product.
If you receive a product that has been damaged or not made to your specifications, please contact us at (815) 455-4247 or info@notarypublicillinois.com and we will replace the product at no cost. If you are missing an item from your order, you must contact us within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. The product(s) must be undamaged and unused to receive a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All custom and personalized products are non-refundable.
